Join us for a focused session on how organizations can strengthen safety performance by shifting hazard risk assessments from a traditional compliance activity to an operations-driven practice. This topic will highlight how frontline involvement transforms risk assessments into action, real-time insights that reflect the true dynamics of work.

We’ll explore how operational ownership improves hazard recognition, elevates the quality of assessments, and embeds risk awareness into daily decision-making. By placing the assessment process in the hands of those closest to the work, organizations can generate more actionable information and reduce exposure before incidents occur.

A central theme of the session will be the development of a proactive risk metric, one that trends residual risk scoring, and a hierarchy of controls approach to reducing risk. This forward-looking metric provides leaders with a clearer understanding of organizational exposure, allowing for targeted interventions, informed resource allocation, and strategic improvements.
