Hotel Reservation and Room Block: All reservations should be made using this room block link no later than March 3rd.
Note: If you do call the hotel directly for your reservation, be sure to let them know you are part of the room block for the ROC Meeting, to ensure you receive the negotiated room pricing.
Parking: Parking is available on site in the ramp attached directly to the hotel. Parking costs $10/night and you can talk with the front desk on validating your parking when you arrive. More specific details will be provided once on site.
Meeting Registration: ALL Attendees must register for the ROC event using the below link, regardless of whether they are attending in person or virtually. This will allow attendees to select what they plan to attend throughout the two-day event. Registration must be completed no later than March 3rd, to ensure we have accurate headcounts for the meeting.

Thursday, March 23rd
- 10am-11am-GVSU OSH Lab Tour and Demonstration
- Transportation will be provided. Meet at the hotel at 9:30am.
- 11:30-12:30-Lunch Buffet at the hotel
- 12:30-5pm ROC Meeting-Haldane Meeting Room
